Regular Classes

SANCHETNA, Centre for Students with Special Needs, is a distinct centre started in 2009, under the aegis of GD Education Society. 'SANCHETNA – Centre for Students with Special Needs' is a pioneer move in integrated and inclusive education. Our Centre helps students with special needs access the modified regular curriculum in separate settings (Individualized educational plan) with the aim to integrate students into the mainstream as far as possible. The Centre has also evolved into an educational support system for very young children (preschool years) who have developmental delays, specific learning disabilities or multiple disabilities.

The Centre is working with children with special needs. The Centre takes an initiative to give an equal opportunity for success in learning life skills and make them independent in their life. We have Multi-Disciplinary Team of Special Educator, Speech and Language Pathologist, Occupational Therapist, Clinical & Child Psychologist, Counsellor, Physical Educator, Art Teacher, Music Teacher, and Dance Teacher. Sanchetna is an endeavor to reach out to the children who have diverse learning needs across disabilities or multiple disabilities by providing them inclusive education with support of specialized therapists.
